hullo.. its been really really long ! Perhaps this is my outlet for allowing emotions to get the better of me sometimes...

works been terrible , maybe it's just me but i've somehow.. lost my focus
identity crisis for one, confusion for the other...
maybe's i'm just too busy..
letting the negative energy flow through me..

ooh well, i've finally gotten my ass up
and signed up for a pilates lesson..
yikes, hopw i dont break or pull something..
